& Returns
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions.
If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, please contact The Coastal Lifestyle Company before placing an order with us either by phone or by emailing info@coastallifestyle.co, or by post at the address given below. By placing an order through our website, or via the telephone you are making an offer to The Coastal Lifestyle Company to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We will despatch your order as quickly as possible but suggest you allow 3-6 working days for standard delivery. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see what you'd like to do.
We keep our delivery charges as reasonable as possible - please select your preferred delivery method at Checkout.
For Mainland UK (England, Wales & parts of Scotland – excluding Highlands & Islands) our charges are:-
Standard: £3.50
Next Working Day (before 5pm): £9.95 Orders will need to be placed before 12.00 noon, please get in touch to check next day delivery is available before ordering as it is not always possible.
If you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle Of Man or the Channel Islands additional postage charges may apply for heavier items so please contact us before placing your order.
Some parcels will need a signature on arrival. If there isn't anyone available to sign for your parcel, our couriers will attempt to deliver it a second time before leaving a card advising with instructions to arrange for redelivery.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with the products you receive from us but understand that for a variety of reasons something may not be quite right.
If you wish to return an item or items to us, we ask that you do so within 28 days of receipt.
Please return your item to us unused, with its original packaging and wrapped as securely as possible. As we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage.
We take care to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, however, if something is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please e-mail us within 48 hours.
We are sorry but we are unable to refund either original or return postage charges unless the items are damaged or faulty.
On receipt of your returns, we will process your refund as soon as possible using your original method of payment.
